W-GO Real Estate Development Group invests in properties, to upgrade and manage the renovated real estates. Over the past 50 years, the owners, 3 major investors carried out numerous projects in multiple countries. Quality is the main focus, and this aspiration is constantly reflected in the implementations. The W-GO Group is operating in the Hungarian market since 1999. In the past 20 years it realized several local real estate development projects.
One of our current businesses in the 11th district, the development of Dan Business Park. It is the combination of an office and warehouse project. The expansion, renovation and optimal operation of the Park is in focus right now, along with other deals short and long term alike.
